Firstly they tried to charged a $ supplement on every little thing, early check in, late check in, we’re not helpful and would not help with a transfer suggestion , then quoted different prices and then to top it off fires closed Catania airport so we could not fly in or fly out and they would not refund our accomodation , airfares we’re refunded no problem due to natural disaster but they were rude, nasty and kept our money and did not offer a refund, so rude

Syracuse Salomone Apartments are very comfortable apartments in an excellent location. Ortygia is beautiful and the owners did their upmost to make travel arrangements & welcome us. We travelled with our 13 months old baby & had no problems at all. Good points were location, comfort and equipment.
