The Lower Flats (1-4) At Dina Apartments Are Small

The lower flats (1-4) at Dina Apartments are smaller than upstsirs about the size of a garage with a bathroom added at the back, and at a pretty poor standard of repair.

In ours (1) The hair dryer was faulty, the shower rail was coming off the wall and the water didn,t drain properly leaving you standing in a pool, the kettle was faulty (but was replaced quickly), the fridge rattled and the plastic shelves were broken.

It was slightly damp when we first arrived although this seemed to disappear. That said the host was freindly and gave us lots of imfo about the island. I think you have to give a bit of leaway when staying on Greek islands and we have often stayed in places that have old equipment, but I think as a minimum things should be checked before you go in, not leaving it to the holidaymaker to sort out the problems. Views were beautiful, maid service ok. Short trek to restaraunts, quite steep in parts. If staying take the upper apartments, not the lower ones

The Dina Apartments Are A Five Minute Walk From Th

The Dina apartments are a five minute walk from the beach, (downhill), and 15 minute walk back! Although situated on the main road, they were quiet, clean and well furnished. We even had a double bed (a rarity in Greece).

We were greeted with a drink on our arrival, and the lady was very friendly. If we needed anything, she was around and always willing to help.

As well as our own balcony, which had a table, chairs and an umberella, the apartments also had a sun terrace at the front, with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

The apartment was cleaned, and bed linen and towels (very scratchy), changed on a daily basis.

The rooms were a good size, except the bathroom, which was typically Greek! The kitchen area had a full sized fridge (freezer section didn't work), and a two ring hot plate, and electric kettle.

The views from our balcony across the bay and into the mountains were wonderful, and have become my wallpaper on my pc.

We cannot fault the Dina Apartments and will definately be going back.
