Koukounaries, Skiathos Palace Hotel

The Skiathos Palace Hotel has great views across the bay, and the hotel is close to both Koukounaries beach and Maratha beach, with a courtesy bus to both due to the elevated position of the hotel.

If you want lots of places to eat out, either at lunchtime or in the evenings, use the excellent local bus service. There are lots of good tavernas on the bus route ie: bus stops 16. 19. 20. and in the main town there is a very good one that is called the ASPROLITHOS at the top of Papadiamanti St. (main street).
