Perissa Markos Apartments

This was way below acceptable standard. The apartment itself was tiny - the neighbour's toilet/bathroom window opened on to our balcony. Our own bathroom was dirty, as was the cutlery and utensils (what there were of them). The towels were rough and stained.

We have never arrived at an apartment where we have wanted to leave before we even unpacked. The overall standard of the room was appalling, with the bathroom not having even been cleaned, the previous occupants remains of soap & hair were stili in evidence. The bedding was so thin and grey you felt dirty after lying in or on the bed. The towels were disgusting! The swimming pool area was so crammed with beds jammed next to one another, we would actually say that they were a Health & Safety risk. Music played loudly throughout the day until the early hours of the morning, sleeping was virtually impossible. We thank God that we only went for a week. It was our first visit to Santorini and thanks to the Markos Apartments it will probably be our last!!! We would never recommend the Markos Apartments to our worst enemy let alone a friend.
