Ampavris Apartments

I have been to the Ampavris Appartments 6 times since 2001 and have never been anywhere better. The whole family are amazing, and take great care of you. I cant wait to go back this year either.

There is a shop 200m away and a great restaurant 250m the other way (which serves GREAT meatballs and chips)

All in all a great place to go i would recomend it to anyone 10/10

Was an amazing holiday, staff are all brilliant, they make you feel right at home, and really relaxed. The bar was great after a couple down at barstreet, or just before you went out. Cheap shots, and friendly conversation. Plenty of amazing pictures taken. People of all ages were there, but everybody seemed to get on and look out for each other. Shop just around the corner, and a small cafe just down the road BRILLIANT. The pool food wasn't the best but greek salad YUM. The prices were very reasonable. I would love to go back because honestly this was the best holiday ever.

Me and my family went to the Ampavris Apartments in Kos Town last year, so we had expectations for this year, but the family achieved the impossible by making this holiday even better. On the first day we were greeted by the family separately, and to our amazement they all remembered us instantly. We felt so comfortable, and I now consider all of them friends. On one day, they even put on a BBQ around lunch time just for us, another family who had been before and themselves. It was the best holiday of my life. Oh, the rooms and maid service are also excellent, the pool is always kept clean, and the pool bar offers a variety of reasonably priced snacks and meals, with friendly service.

We had a great time at Ampavris Apartments and would come back again maybe when we're older to tour around the island a lot more.

Greek night is fantastic, for everyone to watch.

The only let down is the food, fried EVERYTHING!!!!

I have never been anywhere and felt more depressed about leaving the hotel than the actual place. The family are so unbelievably friendly, especially Steve. Kosta is a real laugh but a bit of a lad, Chris is quiet but by far the most beautiful person I have ever seen. You feel like you are one of them after the first few days.

We have stayed at Ampavris Apartments on 4 separate occasions. Every year we think of going somewhere different but are pulled back to where we know we will have a great holiday. The apartments are family ran by George, Elani, Chris Steve & Costa (and their faithful staff.) With their extended family owning the local mini mart etc. Friends & relatives always passing by you are caught up in it all and made to feel always welcome.

Greek night is an attraction even for locals and with Steve (middle son) there is always a new cocktail to try.

We can't recommend Ampavris enough, so try it for yourself.
