Kefalos, Eftichia Apartments

We have stayed at the Eftichia Apartments twice this year.First time in August, second time in October. If you are used to holidaying in Greece, you expect basic and that is what you get, but the welcome is fantastic, and the amenities are sufficient for people who want to dump their stuff and get out exploring. I found myself embarrassed to be British when people complained rather loudly and rudely about having to spend an extra 20 euros to keep the room on the last day, instead of enjoying the fact that we had a full day to enjoy Kefalos on the last day of the holiday.

I loved everything about Kefalos, the family-run tavernas cannot wait to serve you and we didnt have one bad meal. The owners have varying levels of English but this was never a problem, and added to the authenticity of the place. The 100 year old cafe and Kefalos's oldest house will always give a warm welcome and the lady serves amazing cakes!

I have nothing but praise for both Olympic reps, and for a "cheap and cheerful" holiday I think Olympic provided a great service. I look forward to our next holiday!

Loved the family and the Eftichia apartments. Clean & basic with homely touches, for the people who want to do their own thing even disabled access & no problems waiting for return coaches. We loved it & will use it again. Sea swimming or the use of Andreas pool or any other pools as long as you buy a small drink or something. Nice walks in the hills or to the 100 year old cafe in the old village where Hipocrates was born. A lovely resort for the independent travellers. The Olympic rep is a Gem & does not pester you, but does help you. Brilliant
