Kokkini Hani, Creta Sea Apartments

I have been to Greece every year of my life, this by far is the best holiday I have ever encountered.

Each and every member in the Creta sea apartments at the time we were all knew each other, we all went out together and all made each others holidays better in every way.

There was a pool table by the bar so we always had something to do, a beach 5 steps away.

The staff were such lovely people.

I would totally recommend everyone to go on holiday here. There are a large amount of shops, restaurants and bars very near which were all very good. Even if you didn't wish to eat or "party" at the locations close there was many bus stations close that were able to take you in to the town of "Heraklion" the town for shopping and partying.

The view was outstanding, a beach literally 5 steps away from the "creta sea apartments" An overall fabulous place to holiday at.

Accommodations were basic but adequate, right by the pool and beach.

A nice small hotel. The hotel is right across the road from a Minoan villa. A real bonus for anyone interested in the Bronze Age in Crete. There is also the remains of a Minoan harbour just offshore.

When I was there it was possible to catch buses to Mallia, Ag. Nick. and Heraklion, but this may have changed.

Excellent bar, friendly staff, lovely area, excellent leather shops.

Big rooms with great sea view from all rooms but upstairs apartments in Creta Sea are even better.

I stayed at the Creta Sea apartments in June this year by myself. I was on the bottom floor and felt safe at all times. The apartments are based on two floors, facing the road but with a nice little pool and sunbathing area at the back. The apartments also have a bar, run by Ben, It's right on the beach and the local bars, tavernas and shops are literally 2 minutes walk away.

It's a very relaxing place with a little nightlife but no clubs. Ideal for families and maybe couples looking to get away from it all. If I ever needed some 'me' time, I would certainly consider going back.
