Hotel Mediterraneo

Lovely swimming pool with enough seats to sit in the sun! The rooms we're very clean, and they brought you everyday new towels. View from the balcony was in one word AWESOME! The staff was absolutely helpful and kind to their guests. We had in our room a broken bed, and in one day the staff came and gave us a new one! Lovely hotel! I'm going back this year!! The only bad thing is maybe that it's not near the bars and clubs. But that was no problem for me, cause the taxi's bring you for 6 euro to wherever you want in Hersonissos, Malia or Stalis. And the postive side of the location is, that you don't hear noise all night .

The Hotel Mediterraneo in Hersonissos was a really great hotel for me and my family. We stayed there for 7 days, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We got 2 spacious rooms next to each other with a great ocean view.

The accommodation was very clean, and the people were friendly. The food was delicious. We had the all inclusive package, which meant snacks throughout the day. Great! The pool area was relaxing and clean.

The hotel is close to Star Beach water park (4 minute walking distance).

I think we will try to go again later this summer.

The staff at Hotel Mediterraneo were rude. They often try to send you to another hotel saying they are full (even you have a reservation!!!). If you argue with them, they'll give you the room. The food is basic. They often prepare the dinner out of the remains from breakfast. The dishes aren't clean at all. You can see lipstick or something else on the glasses. I strongly DO NOT RECOMEND this hotel. The pool is much smaller than showed in the photos.
