Tsaki, Bellos Beach Hotel

The environment around Tsaki is beautiful and the Bellos Beach Hotel is in adequate condition. The worst thing that I've faced was that nobody seemed responsible for anything. We complained but non of our complaints were treated. I wonder how the travel agency got ISO certification.

I also have to tell that most of the staff were very kind and helpful. I feel however there weren't enough resources, man power, to keep this hotel running on an adequate quality.
