Holiday Inn, Aachen

We arrived at The Holiday Inn Aachen very early and went to reception to ask if they could offer us a room for the extra half day? No problem, no charge, we arrived at 7AM and weren't due to check in until 2PM!

The reception staff were very welcoming, the house and bar staff just couldn't do enough to help and the room was very well laid out and comfortable.

We walked into town during the afternoon and were offered directions and places of interest by the friendly reception staff. The hotel was quite busy while we were there as they were hosting a Mini (Car) rally but unlike most venues that have to deal with such demands, every care was made to ensure that we weren't left out or pushed to one side.

In all, we will visit Aachen again soon and we will definately stay at The Holiday Inn.
