Vitrac, Dordogne, France Hotel Clos Roussillon

Hotel Clos Roussillon is situated about half a mile from any main road and stands in its own grounds with its own access drive. The hotel is on a hill and overlooks the Dordogne valley with a view to the town of Domme on the cliff top on the other side of the river. The village of Vitrac, where there are restaurants, is within walking distance. The hotel is about 5 miles South of Sarlat, the main tourist town in this area. The hotel has been recently renovated and is in pristine condition. We had an 'elegance' room with a large window having the view described for 9 nights, paying for 8 nights, and the cost of the room was 60 Euros per night with breakfast extra. A car is really required to see the area. A friendly couple run the hotel providing a good service to clients.
