New Star Hotel, Hanoi

Our trip never be more beautiful than that. We booked 2 nights to stay at New Star hotel Hanoi via booking.com site. From the hotel, the manager introduced us about his hotel, organized a birthday party for my wife... We decided to book a tour package from the hotel. We visited Halong bay, Sapa, Hue, Nha Trang, HCM includes Mekong delta. Whole our trip is 15 days. Perfect!!!!! Amazing time in Vietnam with a kindly help from New Star hotel. I stayed total 5 nights in this hotel and it was amazing. The staff is incredible - friendly and informative. Both hotel managers (Wall and Thomas)are informative, helpful. My room is small, little old but it is clean and lightly and good ordering. All of them made our trip became the best over. They are doing very good job. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable rooms, very good bedding. Bathroom is nice and clean. Service from reception/bellboys/restaurant/housekeeping is excellent. This hotel is well run. The breakfast area is a bit small, they service a simple buffet. The location is excellent,very near Lake and centre of old quater.We booked Ha Long bay tour in hotel they gave us love boat and good price.Thank you New star hotel,we will come back soon

We stayed at New Star hotel 4 nights in Aug, 2012. We must say that we was realy happy and satisfied with our stay at this hotel. the staff was wonderful, good at English skill. the room quite new with fully facilities and has been accessed by elevator. the hotel located right in the center of Hanoi old town. Breakfast served by buffet with many choices. We love New star Hotel and definitely come back soon.
