“great Location Near Shopping And Restaurants”
We stayed 2nights this hotel in July 2012, and we had luckily chosen to stay at this hotel. As it was our first time in Vietnam, we had arranged for the hotel to pick us up upon arrival, friendly driver, pick up on time.The hotel is located close to the old quarters and within short distance to some nice restaurants. Nice rooms , spacious , clean and price just right considering it is Hanoi. The hotel helped us arrange a day-trip to Halong Bay. We got great service and assistance in this matter, very professional impression. Most important- amazing staff that will give you the best service and feeling.It is one of the best hotels for going the extra mile to make it's guests welcome and comfortable.
