From head to toe, from general to detail, Asia Palace hotel has provide a brilliant service to exceed our expectation. We would love to make the return to this place again. Our room was at the middle , it is not to big also not to small with a medium size but its space is fit enough for all of our stuff even we have a working desk with a laptop inside. Room was cleaned daily, so we found no problem at all about the dirtiness. Service is on the top level with helpful staff at the front desk and willing to run around as long as we need. We were impressed by the honesty, helpfulness and their passion with their job which we could see right from their eyes. It just a WOW and always it be!!!

We loved this lovely place and are already making some plans for the return. The staff was incredible, with their brilliant helps to give us the best accommodation. No request or question was ever left unanswered. Our room was spacious and. Breakfast was delicious and it’s always ready with a coffee refill. As for location, the hotel is located at the heart of the old quarter and tourism district and 10 minute walk to the center of things which was quite manageable. We spent a weekend getaway in Hanoi and decided to stop by at the Asia Palace Hotel. And what a nicest surprise! This place was everything we had expected and even much than more or imagination. Firstly, our room was huge, beautifully decorated with modern facilities. It featured with two queen sized bed and a welcome fruit on arrival was very impressive with kind staff. Next, staff was excellent, helpful and very honest. We got a best deal for our city tour and halong bay. We really enjoyed our breakfast, it was really good and I love Hanoi – noodle, really tasty with unique combination. About hotel’s location, we were able to walk everywhere – night market, HonKien Lake, Opera house. What a perfect hotel. Definitely, we will be staying here again, that's for sure.

This was our first trip to Hanoi. We stayed 5 days in June, 2011 at the Asia Palace Hotel. The hotel was located very convienently in the old quarter and was close to many of the major sites and Hoan Kiem Lake. The facilities were very nice and clean. The cost was only $35/night! The Free-Wifi was very fast and reliable. The morning buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. I ate Pho, fresh fruit, and the delicious vietnamese coffee every morning.

What really stands out is the excellent service. The staff is college educated and speak english very well. We were always greeted with a friendly smile. The hotel has the attentive charm and service of a bed and breakfast. Quinn (manager) and his mother (owner) were always checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay. During our trip to southeast asia, we went on to visit resorts in Thailand, and stayed at the Hilton Millenium in Bangkok, but none of them came close to the kind, genuine, personal service we received at the Asia Palace Hotel. Checking out of Asia Palace made us feel a little sad. It was like we were saying goodbye to new friends.

My wife and I plan to revisit Hanoi in 2-3 more years and we will stay at the Asia Palace hotel again.

Nice and new hotel situated in the tourism district and it’s very easy to around. All the staff were very nice, helpful especially the people at the front desk. We had a nice room on the front heard but found no problem with the noise at all. Breakfast was included with the offer price and was really nice. We found all of what we need from here.

It was our first time in Hanoi and we couldn't have picked a better spot to stay. Asia Palace Hanoi Hotel is lovely and is situated in the great location of the old quarter. The staff they succeeded on making our stay enjoyable. We booked this place directly via our own email and it’s well worth it. We got all we want to know beforehand (in advance). Even we received the room upgrade - providing us a free internet usage with laptop in our room and a massive valuable massage machine for a long walking tired day. They did not need to do this, but offered this to us as their pleasure . Breakfast was so delicious and very convenient. Our Room was tidy and very nice with cozy design and handy facilities. Bathroom in our room was nice too. Staff was great and facility was very modern. What a great hotel!!!

Outstanding service, people surprised us from the begin to the end of our entire stay. We just felt like we were walking around our own house with all of the happy and familiar faces. The special thing about this hotel which i found out is its cleanliness. From the entry to my room, everything are perfectly tidy and well- organized. We love the huge and comfy bed, the clean batch room and could not missed out the modern facilities. We were so lucky to got a special upgrade with a body - massage machine. More and more about this place, it is location and location - nowhere, no place around took us more than 5 mins to get there. To talk about the fancy yummy free breakfast, it was so so so good even I asked for the pho's recipe. We just could not ask for more from what we have received from this lovely hotel and people. 10 Out 10 for everthing!!!

We were impressived by their honest, kind and accommodation, friendliness. From first the moment we just stepped in the entry, we could say and see what we expected. We just love our family suite, enjoy our bed which were so comfy and even I can spend whole day to enjoy my sleep. Hotel facilities are very modern, we got free wi-fi connection from our room.
