Asia Paradise Hotel

Greetings from Germany! I would to express my pleasure from my recent 1 week in Hanoi, this was my third trip from Germany to Hanoi, this time along with my sister we had two big rooms which we had requested, Great location and excellent English speaking staffs gave us mark 10 for your service. And after some discussion with your front desk, we were able to satisfy our booking request about Halong bay tour on Golden Lotus sail and we realy thankful to your hotel supported us wonderful holiday we ever got, we still feel sorry because we have not enough time to go to sapa but we hope to make the long journey again in the next year Looking forward to returning.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Asia paradise hotel hanoi , the room was clean and had all the amenities. The staffs so helpful and friendly and most answering all my question and done all my request. Event takes me to the doctor. I would highly recommend this hotel for all traveler. Strong point for this hotel is location was great, close with most popular places in old quarter.

I was a bit worried since this place gets mixed reviews, but we got a lovely room on the third floor. The room was facing the street, but since it is a quiet area this was no problem regarding noise from the street. The room had big south facing windows, so lots of light and easy to get some fresh air. Room was quite big, and the bed was nice and big as well, comfy and with a real duvet. Bathroom was nice and clean and had a bathtub + shower and plenty of towels, soaps etc. Warm welcome with excellent English spoken staff. I like the buffet breakfast here.

Just minus mark for this hotel is : it doesn’t have elevator, breakfast area little bit small

I can't say enough about our stay at the Asia Paradise Hotel in Hanoi. Right from the very warm and friendly welcome to making sure we were happy with our stay, everything was perfect.

Amazing! On our second day after our trip to the temples, Apparently our room wasn't ready yet. After about a 20 minute wait, we could go to our room. What a pleasant surprise when we found the bed nicely decorated with flowers. Their aim is to make the customer happy and that makes them happy. The hotel itself is in a great location.
