Thailand, Pattaya, Cosy Beach Hotel

I was offered 4 rooms before finally accepting one at the Cosy Beach Hotel. The first room had a brick wall directly outside the window making it feel very clostrophobic, the second was not much better as the wall was about 10 foot away from the window. The fourth offer was a standard room with pool view. I accepted this after 2 an a half hour negotitations with staff about my concers. I asked to speak with the manager but I felt that was not allowed. My elderly father asked for a drink as we spent so long going up and down to find a suitable room, howeve he was refused. I would never consider this hotel in the future.

Got the room next to drunk person, moved us to a different room, never apologized no compensation or anything. I was told it is normal to move customers to a different room. Don't let the pictures of the hotel on the internet fool you because it is not what it looks like. I will never stay here again even if it is for free. I will personally give this hotel 1 star overall.
