Phuket, Pearl Village Hotel (Nai Yang Beach)

Pearl Village Hotel Phuket, Nai Yang Beach is in colonial style (sort of) and it's very relaxing and quiet. Entertainment and garden parties every second evening. The overall standard is high even if the hotel is a bit old (they are going to rebuild and renovate it this autumn). Its location is perfect if you like to take it easy and just get away for a moment. Close to the hotel there is a local market 3 times a week and you can really get to know the local people. I stayed for 12 weeks (working) and had wonderful time meeting this friendly culture and those lovely people.
