Bangkok, Wild Orchid Villa

wild orchid villa is located on rambuttri road. its a really lively road with lots happening, being so close to khaosan road. its well known that you wont find any five star hotels in this area. its more of a backpackers area, so the vibe is very casual and chilled out. This place, though was a really bad guesthouse, from the service to the rooms. it was nothing like on the website (which is quite irritating) and the receptionist was rude. the room was dark and gloomy, but the only good thing was that at least it was clean. But still not worth the money as one can find better budget places on the same road. i find that when staying at a budget place, either the rooms have to be great or the service - either which one! this place lost on both counts! i wont be staying here again.
