I stayed here earlier this year and it was absolutely fantastic, staff was helpful and prompt every-time. One of the quitest peaceful places. though we had a hard time finding it, but overall it was relaxing and the option of mini-kitchen in the room was an added advantage.

Had gone to relax in this beautiful hotel.Did relax and enjoyed with my family but this beautiful experience multiplied folds with the hospitality rendered by the hotel manager. Just donot have words to explain the way hospitality was redefined by this gentleman.Had a perfect time with my family, wish I was a billionaire so that I could experience this beautiful property again again and again being led by a professional team.

The resort has a peaceful and relaxed ambiance. Good overall design and architecture. Rooms are very comfortable with 24hrs room service (I stayed in business wing).
Wi-Fi is available throughout stay. a cool swimming pool, badminton courts, kids room and a very economical Hibiscus SPA.
Tree house staff is very cooperative & always ready to give best of services with smiling face always.

This hotel is very good in service all service boys are very good. Like in this hotel is room service, they give all things on the time not get wait. and hotel is clean and good. I am very happy with it. when i will go there again i went in this hotel.

Their greatest asset is staff that tries really hard and succeeds at being polite, friendly and exceptionally helpful, they demonstrated that any problem that you might approach them with, even matters barely within their control would be resolved to the best of their ability. The apartments are spacious, neatly furnished and spotlessly clean, modern tiled bathrooms and adequately equipped kitchenette

Treehouse Anuraga Building Is Made Well
Treehouse Anuraga building is made well; they have given a heritage type design to the property and the paintings and murals on the walls are also beautiful. The food is good in quality and the staff at the restaurant is very courteous with prompt service; ready to help you in whatever way they can.
However, there are many small things which are negative and they add up to put the total rating down. For starters they charge for the wifi separately...now if you are charging a decent amount already for the room....that should be included. The room that we got, the bathroom door was not getting locked, the marble supporting the latch was broken, so it was not repaired for the duration of our stay.
