We spent two nights at the Nachi Residency. We had a very comfortable "Suite Room" and furnished with good taste. Very welcome to Reception. Food taste is up to mark. Kitchen and service staff are very good and friendly and efficient staff. Very nice stay and value of money.

For my first time in India, I was massively grateful to have selected such a fantastic hotel. I was welcomed with so much spirit, it was truly uplifting after a long journey from the airport to be received with comfort. My room was bright, clean and spacious. The food was just what I desired; fresh, delicious and varied between local and traditional dishes. Not only was the service wonderful in the hotel, but I was given such useful advice with guidance in and around Karaikudi. Blissful experience and I will be so happy to stay again on my next visit!

my business keeps me on the road most of the time so I have the opportunity of staying at many budget hotels across the world and Clark Heights is second to none. The rooms exceed expectations and the service is top notch. The food served was better than most stand alone restaurants i have been to. What makes the experience even better is that the owners are constantly around, interacting with the guests and making sure their stay is comfortable. To sum it up, Hotel NACHI Heights truly displays the famous Indian hospitality in every sense!

Hotel is just what you would expect from a heritage property , immaculately maintained and the team running the show is par excellence in hospitality ! The chef and kitchen team delivered some outstanding local cuisine and suffice to say we were treated like true Chettiars ! Brilliant !

I stayed there in Aug'13 for 1 day. This is by far on my top ten list of business hotels. The hotel rooms are spacius and caters almost all the things which one need like mini bar and equipped bath. The bed was cozy and relaxing. The ambience of hotel at the reception is excellent with larger view because of huge reception area linked with restaurant. The staff is friendly and ready to help at your requirement. The service and food was excellent. Morning breakfast was excellent and one may require more time to have it due to variety of food served. Free wifi was added advantage over the other excellent services. The other best part of this hotel is the right price. It is nicely priced compared to any other business hotel in Karaikudi.
