The service at Nova hotel is excellent. I book 2 nights with Halong bay tour which made my trip in Vietnam became wonderful. I definitely come back next time

we couldn't have picked a more friendly, helpful and wonderful place to stay. The staff is excellent. The rooms have good facilities... kettle, fridge and air conditioning, they're very clean and comfortable. It had a window but didn't have any noise from the street keeping us awake and we were on the 2nd floor. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars and the night markets. The streets are narrow so not too treacherous to cross, so we walked everywhere. The free wifi was fast and reliable. Thank you for taking care of us. We will come back in the next vacation in Hanoi.

We stayed Nova hotel last month. It is the best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. The room is big, has large balcony. The staff is excellent, they always smile and supply all information you need. We like the way they take care of us. We happy with what we paid in Nova hotel. I will definitely stay again in Nova hotel for the next time in Hanoi.
