El Hana had very dirty rooms, the housekeeping was poor. If you want, the steward to change your towel for a 5 dinar tip, you will get a dirty towel from the neighbour's room full of lipstick marks. Even if you give a good tip they can't do anything for you because there is not enough bed linen and towels.
I've been to 2 and 3* hotels, but this is neither. This is not a joke: they have problems with people vomitting and having diarrohea not because of the food but hygiene. There are many other much better hotels than Chems El Hana. And the restaurant, the waiter is spilling your coke everywhere, never saying sorry, touching the edge of your glass with bare hands...and you wish to go home. Even if you decide to go there, don't take children there. It'll be a nightmare.
