Hotel Mehari

For a hotel that is classified as a 5* I would definetly not visit again.

Food was horrible, service was below standard. Always being hassled by Danny devito (excursion) guy. Towels, safe key money money money. Sat around for 3hours waiting to be checked in, room not ready. Then the guy at reception says check-in at 2pm. Why can't they just say at least would ha e gone for a stroll along the beach. Room cleaning crap... quick 4 minute in out. Flowers in sink took afew minutes cleaning sink before use. Ordered a birthday cake for 9pm say around for 45minutes. Then finally arrived, this guy came took pictures thought was for company portfoilio No problem. Next day come show me pictures kept on wanted 10 Tunisian dinar for each picture (approx £3.5).
