4* African But Not European
I stayed here in the summer of 2011 with my family. The hotel is not easy to find and I could not get it to appear on my sat nav. Directions then from locals, hope your french is good. The hotel is approx 12km outside Marrakesh. Our room was a big family room, great air con and plenty of room. It was clean and tidy and if anything was a little tired and could have done with a refurb, comments that apply equally to the rest of the hotel. Predominately french speaking as you'd expect in a french speaking country. There are only two members of staff who spoke english, so again if your french isn't great (like mine) this can be quite challenging. The restaurant in the hotel (I was all inclusive) was really quite limited in the food on offer, there were nice traditional tagines however breakfast was limited only cooked item was eggs - and there was a huge queue each day for ommellette. There was always plenty salad at lunch and dinner. There is no white wine wither in the restaurant or the bar - no one could explain why.
