Wyndham / Rci Trying To Profit Off Fl Hurricane
With the recent hurricane, I try to reschedule my week for following week, I called the resort they said they would not have a problem but I would have to call RCI which I did, after calling I received one the worst customer service. I was told pretty much that if I cancel which I was NOT trying to do I would lose my money, so what do I want to do? I just don't understand why companies don't have compassion at times of need, all I'm trying to do is go down a week later to help my family out after the hurricane. The worst thing is I pay a membership fee for service like this for now.....
I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold then after a while they hung up,
Not surprising they seem to hire people that just need a job for a week or so...
