Movenpick Hotels & Resorts

The hotel is nice and has great facilities, it is perfectly located. However, there are serious drawbacks that spoil the overall impression. Rooms are plain and small, 3 star max. More importantly though, the service is far from being perfect and unfortunately, there is no such thing as trust.I lost 100 dollars that I left in the room. I didn't lock the money in the safe, so it is my fault, however, you do expect some decency from people who clean your room, etc. I didn't report the issue as I wasn't 100 percent sure and as a result I lost a purse with more money I left by the mirror the last day of my stay. Be careful!

There are exceptions to the rule, however. I would like to thank receptionists Houseem and Chineb for their highly professional work that makes them almost exceptional at the desk. Also, the people in the spa are awesome. In particular, I would feature the guy called Omar who was very nice and helpful. The girls whose names I can't remember are sweet too.
