I have used Web Cottages a couple of times and have found the staff excellent to deal with. Nothing is a problem, I had to cancel one booking due to my mother's ill health, who sadly passed away, they resold my holiday and I got a full refund. I live in Ireland and I do n't think it would have been as straight forward!!

The holiday homes I stayed in have been excellent and I have no complaints!

I look forward to booking my next stay in Devon with the company!!

Kenora a lovely place to stay, everything you would need from tin foil to scissors comfortable beds, lovely gardens. The views of St Michaels mount are beautiful, I shall be going back this year (2014)with my daughter and grand children. The house keeper was so helpful when I rang, she keeps the place really clean. So glad I found this little gem. Only downside was road leading into the property as it is an unmade road very pot holed,and maybe a television in the bedrooms it would be PERRRfect.

Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing is everr a bother and always return calls in a timely manner. The property we stayed in was cosy, clean,, home from home. I would definately use web cottages again

We booked a short break in a luxurious holiday apartment in Kirkby Stephen via Web Cottages. We booked online and the process was pretty easy, as we had a good idea of where we wanted to go and when. Upon arrival, the apartment looked like the pictures on the website and there were no unpleasant surprises. This place was very clean and there was posh chocolates and sparkling wine left out for us, which, considering it was advertised as a romantic holiday property, was a very nice touch. The owner was very accommodating and went out of his way to replace the iron, which we had some trouble with. All in all, we had a lovely time seeing the sights in the Lakes and we were very pleased with Web Cottages. We will happily book with them again.
