This service supports only the apartment’s owners and managers. Not clients. And if you have a problem, they will do nothing. Even if you are going through hell instead of a nice holiday and it is obviously for everybody that it is just cheating - you will never have your money back.

So the reality is: the apartment doesn’t look like in a picture. It is actually cold and old-smelly room with super old (!!!) plumbing. Toilet didn’t work all the week I stayed there (can you imagine life and holiday without a toilet???!!!). And when I texted theanager about that, this person suddenly became even more rude and aggressive! She was mad and started to calling me and said “Congratulations, you have to pay 300€ for that!” without even a greeting! Omg what??!! She had no idea about what happened and she immediately said that i have to pay for SOMETHING I WAS NO GUILTY IN! This person is absolutely crazy and rude, she has no idea about her job and actual rights. She had no right to speak with me like that. Finally, by the end of my stay they asked the specialist to come and help. Of course, it was not my fault and the problem was because of the old plumbing and maybe previous guests. I had to move to another apartment. WayToStay “client support” did NOTHING. Nobody provided a refund or at least excuses for me. All this people just had my money, around 1100€ and all i got - this tiny smelly room without even bloody toolet and this endless meaningless talks.

Plus, WayToStay is very selective regarding your letters to which they want to respond. Their phones also are always not available.

Be aware of it.

everything went very smoothly with our stay in barcelona. the waytostay website was very clear and all communications with the company were very fluid. the flat we rented was perfect for our group. the apartment manager went out of the way to adapt arrival and departure times to our needs.

definitely an experience to be repeated.

The contact with the representatives of WayToStay was always friendly and any doubt I might have had was promptly clarified.

Before advertising at the website, they first visited my apartment, to see if it would fill the quality standards they offer their guests. After that they sent a professional photographer to take exclusive pictures.
