Aware From Sunny Rentals

They harass you to advert in their website. When you finally agree to advertise with them, as they assure you that they work with fixed clients, travel agencies etc. they also assure you that you have a guarantee so as when you didn't receive any request for a reservation in 12 months they will refund you .

This is absolutely NOT TRUE.

Beware also of giving your credit card or automatic payment as they will charge you for LIFE.

DO NOT TRUST THEM .........this is absolutely a harassing company with no ETIC at all and out for getting your money in change of NOTHING

Advertising Clients Be Aware!

SunnyRentals will promise you 10 enquires or a money back guarantee (they call it “Enquiry Guarantee”)

It is my opinion that they use sharp practices when it comes to asking for the “Enquiry Guarantee” to be honoured.

This is how SunnyRentals worked for my advertisement:

SunnyRentals made several cold calls asking me to advertise with them quoting various statements about their successes and gave me the “Enquiry Guarantee” promise.

So eventually I agreed and paid the €199 +VAT.

However I did not receive one enquiry, so I asked for the “Enquiry Guarantee” to be implemented and I wanted a refund.

Their answer was that I did not ask for the refund before the 30 day point.

(Not true, I asked for a refund at the mid year point and was told I must wait until 11 months had passed).

They then said I did not qualify because I did not list 24 months of rates!

I did list 22 months. However this is a very small technicality and legally they are probably right, and if it had have been listed for 24 month, then I suppose they would have pointed out some other small print.

Still no refund.

I think SunnyRentals should dedicate more of their efforts into getting bookings for their clients and less time doing cold calls and entrapping property owners into their tightly wrapped terms and conditions.

I still think it is sharp practice by SunnyRentals!

Just one more point about SunnyRentals “Enquiry Guarantee”.

You must wait until 11 months has passed and if you have not received 10 enquiries then you can apply for a refund.

But part of their conditions is that you have to apply 30 days before your advertisement expires.

11 months and 30 days makes this an impossible task, especially if you started your advertisement in Sept, April, June or November.

False Promises

After having been harassed by a marketing person of Sunny rentals I finally agreed to post my waterfront property on their system with their proposed guarantee that I would be refunded my fee if in twelve months I had less than 10 enquiries. This being the case, I applied for the refund but the company opposed their general terms and conditions ind never refunded the registration fee. My advice: don't trust their sales persons, don't advertise on this system. Abritel/homeaway is far better in all regards.

Do Not Use Sunnyrentals If You Are The Owner Of A Property

I was being rung many many times by their sales rep who promised me x number of bookings if I would only list on their site. In the end I gave in to a two month trial subscribtion where I was guaranteed my money back if I had not had any enquiries. I was stupid enough to fall for this claim. Two months on after 0 enquiries I asked for my refund but of course there has not been any. Do not answer your phone when they call you or you will be ripped off.

This Is A Typical Spam Website Which Call You On Y

This is a typical spam website which call you on your phone all the time to try to convince you to pay them for a property ad.

Their marketing strategy is to search the web for websites with a lot of properties, then they'll call you and will continue to do so until you threaten them that you will sue them.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

(or not if you have a lot of money to burn)
