met by owner,very thorough safety briefing ,hot tub sparkling water 40degrees boat great piece of kit , loads of little extras including sky films etc.the location could not be bettered. very well appointed and spotlessly cleaned my family are going to book again next year, we stayed in april but stayed very toasty.only negative,one of the floors creaked at night unless theres a ghost !
