The pictures promise a wow factor, which quickly turned to an ERRRR factor!

There was bird poo all down the walls of the roof top terrace that had obviously not been cleaned for ages.

The bed in the main bedroom had hairs and yes I mean pubic hair in it, and you could even see the indent where people had lain in the bed, and there weren't any pillowcases on the pillows

Cushions in the bedroom were really dirty

There was hair in the main bath

More pubic hair on the toilet roll holder

The shelves in the fridge fell out, smashing bottles

the cover of the table in the kitchen was stained and had holes in it

there were cobwebs everywhere, and the floor was so dirty after walking around taking photos of the state of the place my feet were literally black

The shower in one of the bathrooms was broken of the hook so you could not use, and then couldn't use as a bath as there wasn't a plug for it

Table tennis table was broken as were the bats

there were loom bands all over a bedroom floor and the patio where it had not even been swept

The dryer for washing was broken

There were urine stains on all of the toilet seats without exception.

Then to top it all of, on our last night have our last family meal outside, the owner turns up at 6 o'clock, no pleasant greeting but rudely says, 'what has happened to the pool it is too full', how the hell would we know it had been like that all week, we're not pool technicians, he stayed for an hour, then he got a pool man who stayed for an hour, then told we could not use pool anymore.

He was incredibly rude and arrogant, did not even ask if we minded at all, totally ruined our holiday.

And lastly it does not mention the noise at night, all around are villas where the owners have dogs that they literally leave chained up outside all night, and they continually bark, so you cannot take advantage of the master bedroom terrace as you need to shut the doors.

I would not recommend this place to anyone
