Our second Christmas in this beautiful apartment, with its stunning views over the river Kent and Kendal Castle. Everything we needed for a perfect Christmas was provided - a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely Christmas tree and decorations already in place when we arrived - even a bottle of wine and mince pies waiting for us. The apartment is spacious, warm and welcoming, and gives a taste of the kind of lifestyle we'd like to live all the time! The location is ideal - within walking distance of all Kendal's excellent shops and restaurants, yet very quiet and peaceful - and the secure basement car-park is a great bonus given the problems of parking in Kendal. We think it would be difficult to find a better holiday apartment anywhere.
