After years of using online agents and feeling very disappointed with low bookings and lack of communication from my online agent i was ready to sell my holiday homes until i discovered home2holidays.

i now have a higher booking yield with good customer retention,nothing is to much trouble for these guys and i love the fact i can walk in to their high street shop and actually speak face to face to an actual person and not be fobbed off on the phone by some agent that is miles away the dedicated 24 hour helpline for quests is a marvel i no longer get calls at 2am telling me something is broken

thank you for making my life stress free and for another fantastic rental year

Please read fully what these guys did for us was above and beyond..

We had booked our annual holiday from an online advert and we paid a deposit....when we arrived at our accommodation we found that not only did we not have any where to stay but we had been tricked out of our deposit as the booking did not exist....200 quid down the drain

After much upset We then decided to phone a number displayed in a window of one of the adjacent chalets...home2holidays..we explained our situation and the fact we have an autistic son who looked forward to this every year..the chaps reply was music to our ears..not a problem he replied go up to the pub on site have a cup of tea and tell the owner you are waiting for me and i will meet you there.

We went to the pub the owner cheerfully greeted us and said that he was expecting us.He brought out tea for us and pop for the kids...this was like star treatment.

10 minutes later the owner from home2holidays turned up,,he explained that he had nothing available but he would let us use their own chalet for our 2 weeks...have some dinner and give me an hour to get the cleaners in and its yours.he said

an hour later he returned.we went to the bar to pay for our food and drinks and the pub owner cheerfully said its OK its sorted it...Wow i was speechless

The chalet was actually a log cabin and it was totally amazing, alot more than our £350 a week chalet.not only had the bedding been changed and arranged for 3 extra changes during the week but the fridge had been stocked as well as food in the cupboards. its all yours he said..he spent time interacting with our son and daughter whilst we sorted out the car...my husband then asked about payment.his reply was give me a couple of hundred for the first week and have the second week on us.we cant do that my husband replied...yees you can and it gives you more to spend on the kids..was his reply .. over the course of the fortnight we had seen him and his wife on several occasions always cheerful and happy to help.our son loves them and cant wait to go back next year just to see them..

THANK YOU SOO MUCH TO THE HOME2HOLIDAYS TEAM FOR NOT JUST HELPING US IN OUR HOUR OF NEED BUT FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GIVE US THE BEST HOLIDAY WE HAVE EVER HAD.IT MEANS SO MUCH TO US ALL
