Fuentepark Apartments, Spain

Fuentepark apartments are centrally located and set in very pretty grounds, have a large (though cold) swimming pool and a pool bar open 10am to 10pm.

The interior of the apartments is basic but functional. We found the beds to be amazingly comfortable. There is a lot of wardrobe space.

The shower worked well and a small plastic set of drawers in the corner was ingenious and very useful.

The kitchen had sink, oven and hob plus a fridge freezer.

Living room OK with table and chairs, coffee table, sofa/bed and TV with news channels in English.

Reception were brilliant. Very helpful and friendly.

The location couldn't have been better. a minute or 2 walk from lots of bars, live music venues, restaurants and the beach!

Ahead of arriving we had requested a sunny apartment and that's exactly what we got. All day sunshine, lovely.

We had a really lovely stay and would definitely return.

Small issues:

Kitchen - A few more pots, pans & cutlery would have been nice, plus mugs rather than very small cups.

Bedroom - Lots of storage space compromised the space in the bedroom. Bit of a squeeze moving around the room.

Noise - Caused by other holiday makers, not by the resort or its staff. It would be nice if other travelers would respect that some people like to sleep in a bit later but we were woken at or before 6am every morning by noisy neighbours, clanging dishes/scraping furniture/talking loudly.
