I was recommended to Country Cottages Online by a friend a few years back and they have served me well. They are one of the better value sites I advertise with.

I have been with Country Cottages online for around 10 years. They were superb in their earlier days. Unfortunately their service and leads have fallen since they expanded. I have found them increasingly difficult to contact and, when my e-mails with regard to this year's renewal were being continually bounced back from both their main e-mail addresses I used the opportunity to let them cancel my contract with them. I enjoyed using Country Cottages for many years and hope they manage to get back on top again.

Felt like my holiday started as I browsed the website - clear, exciting and informative, wonderful destination guides, me thinks this company has been around a while. Love the holiday inspiration quick link and being an animal lover the wide choice of pet friendly cottages.

Once I made a choice, booking through the site was easy and direct with cottage owner. No hard sell was involved, and everything was clear the whole way.
