My friend and I always stay at bed and breakfast farms on our annual short holidays and have had some good experiences, but Bramley Knowle Farm in Ulcombe was one of the very best.

The landlady was most delightful, welcoming and helpful and made our stay a very happy one.

The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and our shared bathroom was modern and sparkling clean.

The breakfasts were varied, delicious and my vegetarian needs well catered for.

Altogether, we had a great stay: our landlady recommended good local pubs where we could eat, and even booked tables for us. My friend lost her raincoat and our landlady lent her one - just one example of how helpful she was.

My friend and I would highly recommend Bramley Knowle Farm as an excellent bed and breakfast establishment.
