all I can say about these apartments is you do get the seaview and that is what you are paying for because the accommodation is the worst I have ever stayed in.

so so basic curtains filthy dirty broken pictures on the wall hadn't been cleaned for months.

I asked for a modern apartment and gave them the benefit of the doubt from the year before.

I think they found the worst apartment in the block and gave it to us.

I would never never stay here again and if you go down and speak to the management at the finca office downstairs they are the rudest people I have ever met.

i have stayed in the benimar apts many times. they are close to the. centre of the old town they have ereything you need including washer.they also have english tv,they are very clean and well looked after can not wait to return

stayed at these apartments for the second time ,first time i stayed was in april and went back again in october love them,key collection was so easy just got to go to mont park hotel to pick them up.just got one gripe this time not given enought toilet rolls ,everything else was fantastic

The apartments were quite basic and could do with some refurbishment but they were clean and beds comfy.I did book early and requested a lower floor, however we were allocated the 18th yet some friends who booked with your company, later than we did were allocated the 7th floor.

The apartments are in a great location and are very quiet during the night unlike some more central ones which can be extremely noisy during the Fiesta week.

All in all i would stay here again and would hope that they have some money spent on them to just make them more appealing

Apartments were great, pool fantastic, weather good. Will book again.

I use this excellent service every time I go to Benidorm in fact I doubt if

I would use any other now. You know what you get with this Agency as their

descriptions are very near the mark. They do not try to sugar coat the apartments or the services. We stayed at the Don Miguel 1, we knew beforehand

that we had to collect the keys at the Beuna Vista so we arranged with the coach driver to be dropped off there. We collected the keys and made our way

to the Don Miguel 1 without any problems. The apartments were adequate but

the location was fantastic. All in all great value for the money.

This was our second visit to the Carlos V.Unfortunately it will be our last.The first time around couldn't fault it,the lady in charge was very helpful.We stayed a week, had a towel change once,but not bed linen.The pool area had twelve sun beds.This time around we stayed for two weeks.The person in charge this time was a man. He was very pleasant and helpful,except this time around after nine days i had to go and ask for clean towels. The bed linen wasn't changed the whole two weeks. The pool area only had six sun beds. We found out the rest had been broken by youngsters staying there previously.When i asked about the lack of sun beds i was told there were four lilos to use to lay on.As i am sixty eight, and my wife sixty four we found it impossible to use them.I thought the least they could have was to replace the sun beds.Once again, this will be our last visit.It would have been nice to know what to expect on arrival.
