We had one night at Avoca House and booked this place for a very reasonable price for two adults and a kid. The stuff was affable, room was quite big and comfortable and the bathroom was much larger than expected.. They gave us exceptional privacy and space.Breakfast was very generous and we loved it. We had a pretty good experience at Avoca House. I would recommend this guesthouse to everybody who would like to get an impression of Irish hospitality and friendliness.

I took my girlfriend here for a Christmas treat and I am totally satisfied. The rooms are luxurious and it makes me stress free. It was beautifully decorated with serenity. We enjoyed Continental Style Breakfast in the garden and spent a lovely holiday. This is a lovely house in a great location. The breakfast is incredible and it is served between 8.00 am and 10.00am only (at least when we were there).Having never been to Dublin before we were unsure what to expect, it was such a relief when we got to the home stay as it was a little Oasis away from all the madness and monotony of the desert.
