I booked this holiday through Groupon and their agents Blue Sea Holidays. My experience from the onset was positive. I spoke directly to the agent who recommended the hotel and she was extremely helpful with many useful suggestions. She stayed on the phone for quite a while whilst she navigated through the many options of flights and dates. She arranged economical transfers and I confirmed the booking with confidence. The holiday was a great success, the weather was good and we were able to walk around this stunning city admiring the architecture, shops and bars. The contemporary hotel was stunning, like staying on a magazine set! As the country doesn't use euro's the price of food and drink was unbelievably cheap. Some local beers were only 15p! Whilst you could get a fabulous main course evening meal for around £2.50, (quarter of duck on sauce with salad). The people were very friendly. Many didn't speak English so hand gestures and mimes were called into play with hilarious results! They really appreciated it if you tried to speak Czech. It was a memorable holiday, extremely good value for money and I would recommend that everyone puts Prague on their bucket list!
