I booked a car through www.visioncarhire.com, there sales team were very helpful and answered all my questions honestly, I got the car at a great price and they beat a cheaper price I'd had with another company. I picked the car up with Centuro, and when I got there, the car was waiting for me, in perfect condition. There was no excess on the car, and I will definetly be using Vision Car Hire next time I travel. I have reccomended them to all my friends!
I had thier car for 4 weeks which I was driving not more than 5 miles a day to and from work. One day on my way to london for an imporatant meeting one of the front tire went bust. I parked along the side to replace it with a spare tire only to find out that there was none. I called AA the tire was unrepairable, and offices were all closed and had to miss the meeting due to thier negligence to put a spare tire at the back. The tire was quit old had to replace it with a brand newone but no refund. Two weeks later the other tire went flat and I gave up driving the car I am just waiting from them to collect it using my friends car untill I sort out mine.
