We ordered a Golf or similar for our journey. There was not one available so we were given a Mitsubishi Shogun in its place for no extra charge. The car was very nice and clean on Pick up. The service at the desk was polite and helpful. We did not encounter any problems with the car during our rental so all in all we had an excellent deal. I travelled to the USA with my partner.
