Rude intimidating, swore when attempting to obtain back my deposit. Took several months to retrieve Deposit, numerous excuses and office phone no longer contactable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Forget about getting your deposit back EVER and Customer Service DOES NOT EXIST. You are constantly told lies. Just stick to your gut feeling and go to more reputable company that actually stick to a good code of practice. Out of 3 days i hired the car i had to spend 1 in car service centre and what they call emergency numbers did not even work. YOU ARE LEFT ON YOUR OWN if anything goes wrong. It has now been 2 months and i am told i have to wait another month because of security??? In 21st century surely security doesn`t take 3 months? i won`t be surprised if they close the business soon keeping all those security deposits thousands of pounds and just open a new company doing same thing again. Also DON`T be surprised if your CARD gets CLONED shortly after you return the car back.

This company has been the worst experience ever ! Day one waited 8 hours for wrong car next 5 days poor communication which then turned into lies! Long story but turns out there car was not theirs but another companies that has now arrived and effectively repossessed our car a day early..... Thanks delux car hire for being so opposite to what your web site says best misrepresentation ever !! Do not hire from this company

Overalls very poor service, poor communication, awful management. I could not agree more with the other review similar to this. How I wish I had read the review before.

I agree the only good thing is the price but please be AWARE, this is all part of their plan. They have not returned my deposit for 2 months and kept telling me they are aware of this when it should have only taken 7-10 days.

Excuse after Excuse and Lies on top of that. Shocking service and has been reported to Trading Standards.
