1st Call Minibus

i have hired from these before and never had a problem they turned up on time. so when i needed to hire a mini bus again to get all my guest to my wedding on wednesday i used them, i got a email back off them saying what time ect... and how much well they never turned up and when my mother in law rang they have used every reson under the sun they are now saying that they don't have to turn up if u don't pre pay well i asked them when i made the booking and they said no you pay on the day. thats what we did when we used them the first time. they don't seem to care that half my guest were late! i would never use them again!
