Having booked flights with Jet 2 from LeedsBradford-Malaga we also checked out their advertised rates for car hire in Spain. As we were travelling with our daughter,son-in-law and two babies, and had heard awful stories of long queues in Malaga waiting for car hire, we specifically asked Jet 2 during the phone booking and were reassured that 'don't worry our offices are in the actual car park so no central queueing' - yes indeed office in underground car park, no inside waiting area, just huges numbers of people in hot fumy atmosphere and 2.5 hr wait with small children!!!! HORRENDOUS!!! Then cleverly sold Super CDW despite Jet 2 voucher including CDW and also Personal Accident Insurance which was never explained - never noticed until after we left the office but so desperate to get out of there. ADVICE - NEVER BOOK THROUGH JET2 WHO PASS IT ONTO CAR RENTAL.COM WHO PASS IT ONTO FIREFLY. Subsequent customer service through CarRental.com was pathetic - just standard response. We learnt our lesson the hard way so hope this helps others.
