Bad Service, Overcharging, No Contact, Lying
The rental office was half a kilometer outside the airport and the company claims they picks clients up. I had to walk all the way to their office as they never answer their phones despite 5 people sitting in the office doing nothing.
Lady at the counter was extremely rude.
I paid a 350 "deposit" of which only 150 was refunded, claiming it was additional insurance.
Overall price of 350 euro (all the costs I have paid at the broker) for a:
- 20 yrs chinese car
- leaking fuel and giving horrible smell inside the car
- car stank with cigarretes and wasn't cleaned before rental
NEVER AGAIN.
Avoid! Use Crappy Chinese Landwind Mpv
We ordered a Ford focus, but got a dirty chinese Landwind MPV.
Manager called it a japanese copy of opel zafira.
Seat belts did not work. Filty todler seats.
The landwind MPV has a meager 2 star NCAP rating
