I made a mistake on booking the car and put down the wrong airport which was about 60miles away but they drove the car up at no extra cost . The car I got was new and very clean I would use this company again with out a doubt

The service from these two brothers was quite incredible. They were extremely accommodating in suppling us with a car of our choice that best fit our needs. The communication was also punctual and consistently reliable both when were booking in the States and while we were actually in Crete. They were willing to pick us up and drop us off in Heraklion city upon arrival and departure. Additionally, the person I dealt with spent extra time with us discussing specific areas in he really enjoying and locations that would support our goals for the trip. Overall, the personal family feel, transparency and flexibility made the rental process so smooth. We will certainly rent again for our next trip to Crete. Thank you Sunrise!!!

We had a very good experience with Sun Rise. The car was exactly as expected, they were well organised and flexible about pick up and drop off times. The insurance excess was reasonable. We caused a small amount of damage to the car, and he got it mended efficiently, at reasonable cost and dealt with the paperwork quickly and accurately. The cost was competitive. I would recommend these guys.

I spent my last holidays in Crete with my boyfriend, ans our experience was great with this company. They were waiting for us for an hour in the airport becouse our flight was delayed, and then they gave us a nice car and show us the way to dropp off tha car. The price was fantastic too (the cheapest one in all around).

Sunrise , for many years our suppliers of, bikes,(actually) .reserved over the net now , at short notice, they always supplied, early in the mornings or late at night, just what we wanted. Always polite, friendly, cheerful and very efficient..servicing problems from one side of the Island to the other...recommended to one and all..

the all team was very nice and they even took us to our boat with their car instead of letting us walk with our heavy bags!! that was very nice and the car was perfect
