rented an ATV because a young boy was being paid commission and wanted to help him out. once I handed over my card everything went downhill after that. there was a guy who was in charge who looked like he wanted to be a (dj) and showed great discomfort when we asked him for help because we could not turn the ATV on. The man ignored us and continued playing his music while we were literally 2 feet away asking for help, we were there a whole 12 minutes in front of the guy repeating that we needed help. I really wanted my money back but I felt vulnerable because the guy had my debit card and info and there were no cops on the island.

We have hired cars from Odysseys on numerous occasions and we have always been happy with their service.

Best price/quality ratio you can get in Greece as far as I know. You better correspond by mail since answering the telephone could be better. This prevents disappointments.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole, there is no roadside assistance, no customer service

There are hidden extra's (200 euros cash deposit on arrival which is non refundable),

They are late meeting you at the airport on arrival then ask you to leave the keys at the

Airport on departure on the pretex they will credit your Paypal account with your deposit.

They don't answer the phone when they finally do they are rude and they don't reply to emails

I want to inform about the problem that arose with me when booking a car for a tourist trip in Greece from June 25, 2017 to July 9, 2017 through the company Odysseys Car Rentals. I booked a car at this company on March 8, 2017. The company Odysseys Car Rentals required to make a full prepayment of car rental at a rate of 294 Euros through the Pay Pal system. I paid the rent. Then on March 12, 2017 I canceled the reservation on March 13, 2017 I received a confirmation from the company about the cancellation of the reservation. They said that under their terms a full refund is possible 7 days after the date of receipt of the car. Date of receipt of the car on June 25. 7 days after the date of receipt of the car on July 2, 2017. I still have not received a prepayment. Odysseys Car Rentals did not answer my calls and e-mails. Only today, July 19, 2017, I received the answer is that I did not cancel my car reservation, so it is not possible to refund the prepayment. This is not true, since I canceled the reservation and in confirmation of this fact I received a letter from the company confirming the cancellation of the reservation.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!

If you want to blow your money, send it to Odysseys Car Rental! Like read before... money gone, no car, nobody at Athens Aiport, nobody on the phone if you try to reach them. In the end a really bad experience!!!

Better you spend a little bit more money with one of the bigger car hire companies and start your trip to Greece with a smile on the face.

Last year my husband and I rented a car from you for 8 weeks.(June, July, August 2013)

We were really happy with your service and would like to know what you could do for our parents this year. They will be requiring a car for 9 weeks. They would like a Toyota Yaris like we had last year.

They arrive in Athens on the 8th April and , return to Australia on the 12th June.

I am not sure if you have already been contacted by another family member who is also going to Greece for 6 weeks at the end of June, they will either be getting 2 cars or a 9 seater.

Also, another member of the family in August.

So you can see that we are very happy to use your company and I am passing your name onto everyone when they tell us they are going to Gree

Please please please stay away from Odysseys car rentals! They never refunded my 200 euro credit, although they promised they would within 48 hours! I wish I'd searched the internet earlier about them, as it looks like there are many of us who were fooled by this cocompany

The communication woth the company was difiicult. For example i did not receive an email after the completion of the money transfer to confirm my booking. Therefore, there was a lack of information about the meeting place at the airport. The last thing that i mentioned was that my rent car (Toyota Yaris) had all over scratches and bumpers.

Dont book with odyssseys. Gr. I cancel a request 4 months before i arrive greece., but i received an email after cancellation

your deposit in bank account of odysseys car rentals or prepayment in paypal "odysseys rentals" will be refunded 7 days after the pick up date as stated in your reservation form

which mean cancellation before 7 days is full refund back. And i did sent lot email to them, i just want to refund back my money. After 2 months from greece, i still haven't receive any payment from them. I feel sad they dont even reply my message.
