I am Visiting Crete for 32 years and I was always not 100% satisfied with my car rental agencies (I tried 14 )

this year I finally found the guys of auto travel by luck at the airport and I have to say - good cars - perfect service !!!! and reasonable prices

Having had so many frustrations with car hire, I finally found the right one for me. Straight forward fuel and pricing policy. Finally, not only in words but really No hidden extras. No pressure on pick up to buy extra insurance. Fair price. Excellent Service. I will use them whenever I will go "home" to Crete from now on ! Thank you Nelly for the good advice ! I was a bi suspicious of what will expect me at the airport- that’s why I write this article to tell everybody to book at these guys! they are honest ( I forgot my mobile in the car i phone 4 and they called my wife to tell me they found it ) .

I choosed full size – but I found out that an economical would do at Crete – the roads are small! But the island is wonderful- I think I will come there for the rest of my life 

I searched & searched for car hire on Crete, that didn't want a hefty deposit or excessive insurance costs and more importantly that didn't need a credit card! (we don't all have them!!) I was lucky enough to see auto travel car hire recommended on a web forum & contacted them! They gave me a price that included insurances, baby car seats and second driverl! & a booking form, I completed & sent back straight away thinking 'can't believe my luck' well on arrival my car was parked just as said & hey quickly off we went, just as easy on return, just parked up & followed instructions! It was great! Luckily we had no problems so would therefore continue to use whenever we go to Crete! Anyway can't say enough about how great they are!! So I'll leave at that!! (just hoping these great reviews won't mean price hikes!!)

We spent our holidays on Crete this year. In order to discover the island we hired a car and choosed auto travel because we had read many reviews from this company at Heraklion Airport (small Nissan) and were very happy with the price which was significantly cheaper than any of their competitor. The person who expected us at the airport was very friendly and we immediately got a good holidayfeeling.

For your information!! Be careful before you rent a car,because we had a very bad experience with xxx car rent. They don't tell you the price with full insurance and don't return money for deposit.

We want to thank ,,autotravel'' for explanations and excellend service, especially for tips where to go and what to see. NO TRICKS AT THIS COMPANY!!
