Vreau da va informez pe toti care doriti sa inchiriati o masina ,nu folositi aceasta firma de escroci pentu faptu ca se afiseaza cu masini bune ,dar de fapt au numai panarame de masini .

Te preia din aeroport te duce la sediul firmed care este situat la 5 minute de aeroport si acolo iti da o masina total diferita de ceia ce iti dorest te convinge ca e buna si ieftina si la predarea masinii incearca sa te faca sa platesti bani invocand ca ai facut probleme la masina

Daca nu acceptati sa la platiti sare la bataie amenintari .

Asta experienta am avut eu cu aceasta firma de escroci .

Poor service , booked a car , had to wait 2.5 hours for car as car was ready at required time . Car had moulding missing in the car and was dirty inside the car . Trunk in the car wouldn’t open when we went to airport and had to rebook flight as I couldn’t get my luggage out of the trunk and then charged me for having to pay the mechanic to get it open . Never ever again will use this company

Recently rented from Zoom through there Ace division. Was pleasantly surprised with a nice new Toyota Corolla and drove to the Edmonton area and back. Upon our return there was a minor issue with the car that was resolved very

amicably.

Zoom rental car provide us with great deals, and is very quick. The people are nice. I have rented a car a lot of times before and I really like there service.

Having been massively let down by PayLess car rental on arrival at the airport (no car available despite booking) Zoom immediately offered me a brand new Honda CRV 4wd at a very reasonable cost. Very low deposit ($1000) and a no hidden extras price which they didn't even want paying until I returned the vehicle. I normally deal with European hire companies and Zoom put them to shame. They we very friendly, eager to help in any way they could and made our stressful arrival much better. I only have the one experience of renting from them but if/when I return to Toronto I will not be looking anywhere else for my vehicle - and neither should you. Highly recommended.

No nonsense. Streight operation. Easy to talk peple, very good rules explanation. Very competative pricing, good cars.Rented there few times and i will go there again.

I honestly question all the good reviews about them. We rented from them two weeks. To start they are very far from the airport of Toronto. They let us wait in the airport for 40min. When signing the rental agreement they sneaked bunch of additional fees. After returning their car, they even charged more than was agreed on. Thanks to my bank or helping in this process. Their customer service sucks.

They are simply ill-intentioned guys! My advice stay away from them. I myself reported them.
