This company had a car from another company X waiting in their office. I went to this company, was allowed to take a testdrive and they told me, after I told them I wanted to cancel the car, that (after a phonecall to this other company X) the money would be refunded. The other company X never returned my money and Excel is taking their hands of the matter. They do not take any responsibility for allowing me to take a testdrive and for confirming the money would be returned. Not a nice way to do business, but a very easy way.
